About Us
DieMax is a Steel Rule Die shop and cutting service located in Rochester NY.Established in 1992,we serve the majority of Upstate New York area, including Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse and Albany. We have been a premier die maker and die master serving the printing, packaging, signage industry and metal shop industries for more than 20 years.
We began using manual drawing tables,jigsaws and hand bending the rule to make the dies.We have evolved over the years by upgrading our in house manufacturing capabilities through the addition of CAD-CAM software, sample maker/plotter table, automated rule processing, optical comparator, laser-cutting, rotary milling, CNC machining and welding technologies. We pride ourselves in researching technology that will enhance our capabilities and improve our products to support our customers every need.

We take great care to ensure the products produced from our dies meet our customer’s most stringent requirements. All dies are cut using our Lasercut laser with cut accuracy of + or – .001” over 1 foot of travel. We can knife up to 3″ by hand and auto-process cutting rule in 2pt or 3pt up to 1.125″…
